THE DIFFERENCE:
Why A Thoughtful Assessment Matters:
I believe a proper assessment is an investment, not an expense. My commitment is to clinical excellence and compassionate care, which is why I don't cut corners. We work together to go beyond the diagnosis, and build a roadmap for your future. This is a holistic process designed to understand the whole person, not just the symptoms. For those seeking profound self-understanding, I believe that a thorough and deliberate approach is essential.

Redefining Autism Assessment for Adults & Teens
Our understanding of autism has evolved. We now recognize it presents differently in teens and adults, especially in those who are highly masked, have lower support needs, or co-occurring ADHD. If you've always felt different but never had an answer, you're in the right place. My practice is dedicated to providing expert autism assessment and ADHD evaluations for teens and adults, with a focus on identifying highly-masked presentations. A correct diagnosis is a powerful tool—it offers validation, provides a new framework for self-understanding, and creates a clear path forward.

You Are Not Broken.
You Deserve to Be Understood.
I want to start with my most fundamental belief: You are not broken, and you do not need to be "fixed." My practice is built on the principles of the neurodiversity movement and the social model of disability. This means I see conditions like autism, ADHD, and learning differences not as deficits, but as natural variations in the human brain. I was drawn to this work because I saw a critical gap in the mental health field. For too long, individuals whose brains work differently have been misunderstood or measured against a standard that doesn't fit them. My passion for psychological assessment comes from its power to change that narrative. A thorough, strengths-based evaluation is a tool for validation. It can answer lifelong questions, reframe your past experiences, and provide a clear path forward. My mission is to provide that clarity—to help you understand your unique neurotype so you can advocate for the accommodations and support that will improve your quality of life. This is about creating a world that fits you, not forcing you to fit the world.
